How do I train for Navy basic Training?
How do i train fo Navy basic training (what exorsicse i should do, best way to build muscle without going to the gym, etc.) And how long should i work out a day and for how many days a week. THANKS!!!

You should do isotonic and aerobic workout training. Going to the gym is okay, too, if you have a good calisthenic routine. Jog about a mile every other day, and do lots of "ball-busters" for your abs. Push ups and sit ups are good, too, as are lunges and other stretching exercises. Side-straddle hops are in there, too. Get used to them. Try to do 50 four-count reps and you should be fine. You should also find a horizontal ladder at a local playground and learn to do the overhead hand-to-hand like you did in school. You will need to do two reps each way without stopping to pass your physical training at the end of your boot camp. Learn to run, jump and dodge, too. You will need to run 50 yards, jumping over a 3-foot obstacle in the middle, dodge around a 3-foot obstacle, and return twice to pass your pt test. Also, you will be required to run a mile and a half to graduate with a pass. Condition your hands with grip springs so that you will be able to do the overhead crawl on the horizontal ladder. Swimming is a good way to keep fit, too. You will be required to swim in Navy Boot Camp. It's part of your training. But being in shape will help you to get that part down pat.
